How information moves through HUB.
Before you sign in
Mirror requires an email address. We store it with the dates of your first and latest successful requests, separately from saved workspaces. This does not verify ownership of the address or subscribe you to marketing. You can request its deletion using the contact address below. Manual material is processed but not stored on the server until you save your HUB. Mirror sends the public website address you enter to our server to retrieve that page. Its domain is checked using Cloudflare DNS. The resulting draft is kept in your browser tab until you choose to save it. Do not submit private URLs or confidential material.
Your saved HUB
Clerk manages registration, email verification, passwords and sign-in security for HUB. HUB verifies the signed session and stores your sources, exercises, decisions, approved Platform versions and questions against your account identifier in separate projects. Every project read and change checks that you own it. HUB does not store your password. Earlier projects can be restored only after you verify both your current and previous accounts.
Browser storage and hosting
HUB uses browser session storage for the Mirror draft and practice workspace. Clerk uses cookies to maintain your account session. The site runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; these services may process technical request information and use cookies for authentication and security.
Contact and control
Email enquiries are handled through Microsoft 365. Use workspace export to keep a copy of your record. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact hello@hubhumanbrands.com. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
AI readings
When you request an AI reading, HUB sends your question and the relevant saved brand record through Vercel AI Gateway to an OpenAI model. This can include evidence, drafts and approved commitments. Method explanations do not send your brand record. HUB stores the request basis, generated reading, source references, model and usage details against your project so the reading can be reviewed. Do not submit personal or confidential information you are not authorised to share. AI does not approve decisions or change the Platform.
Monitoring and reminders
Monitoring starts only when you choose a public page in Living. HUB checks those pages weekly and stores dated excerpts and retrieval status. You can pause future checks; existing captures remain in your record. Reminders start only after you choose a pace and confirm your email address. Resend delivers them through our Vercel service and receives your chosen email address, message and delivery information. Reminder emails do not include private brand material. HUB stores your consent settings and delivery status, and pauses addresses that bounce or report complaints. You can pause reminders in Living or unsubscribe from any reminder. Mirror email collection does not enrol you in reminders.
Payments
Online checkout is not active. Payment information should never be sent by email.
